Learnings
What we learnt from this Project
Users are always wanted to know where they are and they look for something which has everything in it and they don't like to switch between apps for the same goal.
Wireframe
Once we understood the user flow we started with wireframes.
Experience Solution
Dashboard
This dashboard is mainly focused on development for this version. Clean and easy Gant chart to add or assign activities. In this dashboard, managers can easily have a look at which sprints and stories currently going on and the progress of it
Task Management
In this module users will be able to add departments, inside each department, there will be tasks assigned to a person and user can able to view the priorities of and due dates for that particular task which helps CEO/ Product managers to be on track and helps to work in deadlines.
Detail Page
The detail page helps to create/edit tasks in a deep level by adding reporters, linking tasks, and more. History helps users to know about the activities done in this task. Comments help to keep or mention in a loop, it helps the users to understand the reason behind the activities.
Search
This search in task management helps to get data in multiple levels for instance if the user types E then they can choose engineering and they see what is in that bucket.
Hi fidelilty design
In onboarding process we needed a business metrics to work on further version, so we designed in a way that user shouldn't quit in halfway so we slowly revealed all of the question, For instance: if one is selected it moves to further questions. Once Form is filled, user will be able to create name and department, invite team mates and integrate the applications. To help the user where they are we used a progress bar.
Research
Research: we wanted to understand what is their current process and what are the pain points of PM/CEO currently facing to managing the tasks and we also wanted to know about how the other tools onboarding process feels like to them. To understand that we get to interview some of the product managers and CEO.
From that insight we get to know about the process they currently follow - different teams use different tools to manage their tasks, for example, developers use Jira, designers use Excel, and the marketing team uses Asana. When it comes to CEO he feels time-consuming to switch between app to know what each team is working.
